About the Collective

A shared calling.
A life of partnership.

Founded by Jonathan and Katherine, Romans 16 Collective exists to serve indigenous gospel workers across Asia.

Jonathan & Katherine

Mentors, coaches,
and fellow workers.

Over sixteen years of missionary service, including more than a decade living and ministering in China, Jonathan and Katherine have built lasting relationships with pastors and church planters.

Their role is to encourage, equip, and walk alongside frontline leaders. Jonathan’s work includes pastoral mentoring, sermon coaching, theological training, and ongoing care for the men who lead local churches.

The leaders at the heart of the work

They proclaim.
They shepherd.
They raise up others.

Indigenous pastors and church planters are the central figures in this ministry story. They carry the gospel into their communities and train others to do the same.

A bridge between
the UK and Asia.

Based in Oxford, Jonathan and Katherine maintain relationships across Asia through ongoing mentoring and regular travel. Their UK base also offers space for hospitality, theological study, rest, and pastoral care.

Romans 16 Collective works in partnership with sending churches and Radical, where Jonathan serves as Regional Strategist for East Asia.
